What we look for
We value reliability, good judgement and a straightforward approach to care. Previous care experience can be useful, but how someone works with people and approaches the role matters just as much.
What you can expect from us
Training and guidance are provided as part of the role. Staff work closely with each other and are expected to work in line with the standards and requirements that apply to social care.
